MYTON Hospices will be celebrating its 40th anniversary in style at Coventry Golf Club on October 7.
People can enjoy 18 holes of golf as well as compete in various challenges with plenty of prizes up for grabs.
All the funds raised will go towards helping Myton care for people with terminal illnesses and their families.
The day will start at 10.30am where there will be tea, coffee and a bacon roll on arrival, with the games teeing off at midday.
There will also be a three-course dinner, prize presentation, auction and raffle in the evening.
It will be £260 for Coventry Golf Club members to take part and teams of four people can enter.
The entry fee for non-members is £320.
