THE MYTON Hospice’s Cycle Challenge raised over £70,000 with 450 cyclists taking part in the challenge.
Cyclists took on the 50km, 100km and 100 mile routes through the countryside of Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.
The Hospice have thanked Simon Coates Photography who donated his time to capture the event, as well as Ed and Ted who organised the food.
Myton also thanked the staff at Unleashed who provided technical support and repairs on the day, alongside Fire and Earth Leamington who provided free sports massages.
Natalie Walker, events fundraising manager at The Myton Hospices, said: “We are not the NHS, we are a charity and just 20 per cent of our funding comes from the NHS.
“This year alone, we need to raise £11million of the £14.3million it costs to continue providing our services free of charge to patients and their loved ones.
“Thank you to everyone who took part or supported the Cycle Challenge in any way, our vital work wouldn’t be possible without you.”
