Nigel given courage award by Chief Constable for bravery in Coventry incident

FORENSIC Scene Investigator Nigel Keeling was among the brave bobbies and courageous citizens to have been honoured in the Chief Constable awards for his actions in a Coventry incident.

Nigel was presented with his commendation for blocking in a stolen car, which he saw being driven away minutes after attending the scene of the burglary in Holbrooks, Coventry.

He also was able to identify a suspect for officers.

Awards were given out to staff and the public in the region during a ceremony hosted by Chief Constable, Sir David Thompson.




Each person was given a commendation for their commitment to catching criminals and protecting others, as well as medals for long service and good conduct.
