AN action-packed week of activities at a Coventry sports and leisure provider will be keeping youngsters entertained during their break from school.
A full programme of sports, games and events will be taking place at the Coventry Sports Foundation next week, including a special after school activities open afternoon.
To compliment events taking place, the organisation is running a special taster session to showcase what it has to offer to youngsters during term time.
Running between 3.30pm and 5.30pm, the after school activities open afternoon is free to all five to 11-year-olds and will feature a bouncy castle, trampolining, badminton, gymnastics and more.
All three centres will run half-term activities including Centre AT7 and XCel Leisure Centre.
Wendy Jackson, community development manager at Coventry Sports Foundation, said the half-term break will be packed full of events.
She said: “Our holiday activities are a fun and easy way to keep youngsters entertained during half-term.
“Coventry Sports Foundation strives to get all ages active and live a healthy lifestyle, the after school activities are the perfect way for children to achieve that.
“The schemes always prove very popular, so I would advise those who are interested to reserve their children’s place now in order to avoid disappointment.”
The after school event is free for all to attend.
