Appeal after collision near Nuneaton's George Eliot Hospital

AN APPEAL has been made for witnesses after a collision near George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton.

The collision happened at Heath End Road, close to the hospital’s entrance, at around 8.15pm on Monday, April 8.

A silver Mini is understood to have collided with a woman in her 50s.

She was taken to hospital with leg and arm injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.

Anyone who saw the collision has CCTV or dashcam footage, who was in the area at the time or who can help with the investigation should contact the police.
