PLANNING approval has been granted for the next phase of the Westwood Park development.
The latest phase will feature 296 new homes, with 40 per cent of them being affordable.
The development will also feature a convenience store, allotments, a play area, a multi-use games area and 25 acres of public open spaces.
The new homes will range from two-to-five-bedrooms as well as one-bedroom apartments, and all of them will be built with features to help people save on their energy bills.
Westwood Park’s latest phase is set to be launched next year.
Tim Brickley, Managing Director at developers Crest Nicholson Midlands said: “The development is already proving popular with local buyers and this new expansion will allow us to continue meeting the demand for high-quality homes in Coventry.”
