PLANNING permission has been granted by Nuneaton and Bedworth borough council for 89 new homes in Bulkington.
Work on Arden Fields is now under way, with the development including a mix of private and affordable homes.
The development will also feature a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom houses.
Arden Fields is an 11-acre development which is being carried out by Redrow Midlands.
Sales director Elaine Cartwright said Arden Fields would provide much-needed new homes in the area.
She added the development would provide easy access to Coventry.
