Planning permission granted for new 24-unit Coventry industrial park

Coventry Editorial 29th Mar, 2023   0

FULL planning permission has been granted to create a new 24-unit industrial park in Coventry.

The brownfield site on Endemere Road will be transformed into Albion enterprise park, with the units ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft to help meet growing demand in the region.

Work at the new park will begin this year and is expected to be ready in 2024.

The scheme will see new sustainable industrial units with office and storage space and 72 car parking spaces.

The site, which is close to the A444, is currently vacant after pre-war industrial units were demolished.

Developers the Wigley Group were granted planning permission at the start of the year for a similar industrial scheme on Stonebridge Trading Estate.

The two schemes will provide 33 units in total and £8.5million of investment.
