A MAN was attacked and forced into a car in Nuneaton on Monday.

It happened around 7pm when the victim was walking on Buckshill between Sherbourne Avenue and Trafford Drive.

He was approached by two men who assaulted him and forced him into a silver Vauxhall Astra.

The victim was then taken to Kingswood Road, Nuneaton, where he was further subjected to violence.

Three men were arrested and charged in connection with the incident and have subsequently been remanded in custody.

Investigating officers still need witnesses to come forward.

Anyone who saw anything or has footage from mobile phones, doorbells or dash cams should call police on 101.

Officers are particularly interested in to speak to members of the public who took the victim to hospital.
