Police appeal after woman attacked at Solihull pub

POLICE investigating an assault in a pub in Solihull which left her permanently scarred have appealed for public help.

Officers released an image of a woman they wish to speak with in connection with the incident on February 21.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “We are appealing to the public to help us speak to this woman, after another woman was attacked at the Marston Green Tavern in Station Road at around 8.15pm on 21 February.

“The victim was hit in the face with a wine glass, causing extensive injuries and permanent scarring.

“Anyone with information can call 101 with crime reference 20SH/49804A/20, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
