POLICE have issued an appeal to trace a man who left Walsgrave Hospital yesterday (Thursday).
Gill Prewitt, from Coventry, was described by Warwickshire Police as 5’9″, heavy build with a bald head and was wearing a light coloured T-shirt and jeans.
Prewitt, 44, has a serious infection to his right foot and officers said they were concerned for his welfare.
Anyone with information should call 101 and quote incident number 205 of June 18.
