POLICE have appealed for help in finding a man who could be in Coventry.

Sagir Akthar has been missing from his home in Handsworth, Birmingham, since Friday (August 6) but is known to frequent Coventry.

As time passes, officers are getting increasingly worried about his welfare.

Sagir is Asian, 5ft 7in tall, of medium build with a beard and he was last seen wearing a blue jacket, grey jumper, blue jeans and blue trainers.

Anyone who knows where he is should chat to West Midlands Police at west-midlands.police.uk or if they see him, they should immediately call 999.
