POLICE are urgently appealing to trace four men seen on CCTV allegedly leaving a block of flats in Coventry after a man fell from a second floor balcony last month.

Officers were called to Bath Street in Hillfields at around 7pm on Monday August 17 following the fall which left a 31-year-old man seriously injured. He was taken to hospital and still remains in a critical condition, police say.

CCTV footage (above) reveals a group of four men leaving the block of flats immediately after the incident and police are appealing to trace them as they believe they could hold vital information about what happened.

Two men, aged 25 and 33, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder. They have both been released without charge.

If you recognise the four men, or have any information, please contact the police as soon as possible via live chat or by calling 101.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Please quote crime reference number 20CV/196209L/20.
