THE FREE Bands in the Parks events will be back in Coventry this Sunday, June 11.
The popular summer-long run of events event kicks off with the former Jaguar Land Rover Band, which is now known as the Brass Band of Central England performing in the War Memorial Park from 2pm.
The events will then take place on Sunday afternoons until September, with 10 concerts taking place in total across the city’s parks.
The final event will be held in Caludon Castle Park as part of the Heritage Open Days held annually in Coventry and around the country in September.
The ‘mini-concerts’ will cover a wide variety of musical styles and bands.
