RESIDENTS are invited to put their foot forward and join the Great Foleshill Family Walk on Saturday, September 17.
The event, organised by Positive Youth Foundation and Go Foleshill, will allow families to take a peaceful and reflective stroll along the Coventry Canal with the wider community.
The walk begins at 11am at Edgwick Park and a guide will lead guests along the which forms a hidden green corridor through the city.
After the two-hour walk, participants will then be able to have lunch at Coventry Canal Basin.
The walk will be conducted at a slow casual pace and there will be plenty of time for breaks to take in the scenery.
