A FINAL call is being put out by The Coventry Observer for fans of the world famous Coventry Bees to join our team outside Coventry Stadium tomorrow afternoon at 4pm.
Tomorrow’s photoshoot presents an opportunity for all fans of the Coventry Bees to voice their support for our campaign while being able to mix with fellow fans and have your picture taken to show your support to get the Bees back on track.
We will be arriving outside the main entrance to Coventry Stadium at 3.30pm and will be available to chat with fans and record interviews while people make their way to the stadium from the Friday afternoon school run.
What is your best memory of the Bees? The golden 80s? The famous 2007 treble? Or winning the Playoff Championship in Poole in 2010? We want to hear from you.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to gain access to the stadium’s main car park despite contacting Brandon Estates in the build up to the meeting.
As a result, those attending the meeting are advised to arrive early or park their car in a suitable location in Brandon or Binley Woods and complete the short walk to the stadium.
As well as the big picture itself, the purpose of tomorrow’s meeting is to bring as many fans together as possible during what has been a difficult time for all involved at Coventry speedway.
We understand many fans will be unable to attend tomorrow’s meeting due to work commitments.
Those wishing to provide some comments about what the Coventry Bees means to them can do so by emailing email@example.com.
Keep an eye on our Twitter account tomorrow afternoon from midday by searching @covobservernews for updates about the photoshoot.
We look forward to meeting everyone. Keep the faith. #SaveOurBees
