A SCHOOLBOY was hit by a bus in Coventry this morning and has been recovering in hospital.
The collision took place on Longford Road at around 9am this morning.
The boy was not serious injured and was taken to University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) to receive treatment.
He suffered cuts to his face and he has been treated for leg and chest pain.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.55am to Longford Road after reports of a collision between a bus and a pedestrian.
“We sent one ambulance and one paramedic officer.”
