Second man charged with attempted murder after Stoke stabbing

A SECOND man has been charged with the attempted murder of a Coventry man in The Moorfield, Stoke on Friday, September 11.

Unemployed Juma Munyankori, aged 25, from Middleborough Road, Radford was arrested on Wednesday morning (September 16) and was due to appear before Coventry Magistrates on Thursday (September 17).

Meanwhile the 26-year-old victim from Willenhall, who suffered stab wounds, has been discharged from hospital to recover from his injuries at home.

Lead investigator, Detective Sergeant Joel Mildinhall, said: “Our investigation into the attack continues and I would urge anyone who was in the area at the time to contact me.”
