A NEW showhome on Bellway’s Jubilee Green development will be opening its doors to the public on October 29.
The three-bedroom Sawyer showhome will be unveiled by Bellway South Midlands at the site off Watery Lane, where 40 new houses are being built.
Construction started in January with the first residents due to move in next March, and work is set to be completed on-site three months later.
The development will have 30 homes for private sale and a further 10 affordable properties for local people.
Five homes will be sold at a discount to market value and the others will be available for low-cost rent or shared ownership.
The four-acre site is just over three miles north of Coventry City Centre and has road links to the M6 and M69.
