Stuart Kettell raising more than just money

Coventry Editorial 8th May, 2014 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016   0

HE has walked every street in Coventry in stilts, spent a week suspended in West Orchards by helium balloons, run seven marathons in seven days in a giant human hamster wheel and lived in a box above Broadgate.

And this week Stuart Kettell – the self-titled Mad Fool – has been at his fund-raising antics again.

He has been levitating for eight hours at a time at various locations around the Midlands before pushing a Brussels sprout up up Mount Snowdon with his nose in July.

The dad of three has raised over £40,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support since his first fund-raiser back in 2006 which was a more conventional event – the London Marathon.

His latest effort has almost reached the £3,000 mark.
