SUPERCARS will be making a welcome return to the city in this summer’s MotoFest Coventry.
Car lovers will be able to witness dynamic displays on the Ring Road Sprint Circuit and visit a dedicated ‘Supercar Paddock’ during the festival weekend.
Supercar Driver (SCD), Britain’s leading club for owners of some of the world’s most impressive vehicles, will be making their third appearance at the event with around 50 members and their cars due to appear.
Every car owned by an SCD member will take to the sprint circuit each day before making its way to the paddock on Greyfriars Green.
Once in the paddock, visitors will be able to get an up-close look at the supercars as well as have the chance to take photos and videos with them.
Alongside the Lamborghinis, Ferraris, McLarens and Porsches, several SCD member ‘star cars‘ will also be making an appearance.
The star cars include a Noble M600 driven by Jeremy Clarkson, the Stig and Richard Hammond on Top Gear and the Jaguar Project 8, which is one of only 300 built and has a 5.0 litreV8 engine producing 592bph.

“We are really looking forward to bringing a selection of the latest and greatest supercars and taking to the closed roads of Coventry.
“This event has been a highlight in our calendar for a few years now and our members are always keen to put on a show to enthusiasts.”
After last year’s event was cancelled as a mark of respect to the late Queen Elizabeth II, MotoFest Coventry will be returning to the city on Saturday and Sunday, June 3 and 4.
