COVENTRY has been revealed as the UK’s seventh most dehydrated cities, according to new research from Volvic.
Conducted at the start of the year when people try to make healthier lifestyle choices, the survey found the average Brit drinks less than half the daily recommended two litres of fluids.
The worst city for staying hydrated was Liverpool, followed by Manchester and Leeds.
The Midlands fared poorly as well with Worcester in fourth, Leicester in fifth and Birmingham in eighth.
