Teenager robbed in Coventry after being threatened with knife and Taser-style device

A TEENAGER was robbed at knife point in Coventry last week.

The incident took place in the Earlsdon area of the city on Wednesday (September 12).

Police have launched an investigation and say two men were involved.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “The 17-year-old was walking along Merrivale Road, when he was approached by two men armed with a knife and an electroshock device.




“The pair threatened the youngster, searched his pockets and stole his mobile phone and petty cash.
