THE 2 Tone Café and Simmer Down Caribbean Restaurant, and Coombe Country Park have been handed a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.
Both have been rewarded for consistently getting outstanding traveller reviews on the website. Establishments must maintain an overall bubble rating of at least four out of five to get the status.
Angela Knight, who co-owns the café and restaurant in the 2Tone Village, told us: “Winning the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is a true source of pride for the entire team and we’d like to thank all of our past customers who took the time to complete a review.
“There is no greater seal of approval than being recognised by one’s customers.”
Coun Abdul Khan said: “We all know how fantastic the park is – but to have this confirmed by visitors via TripAdvisor is just great.”
