Two charged with shoplifting offences in Nuneaton

TWO PEOPLE have been charged with shoplifting in Nuneaton.

They were arrested, along with another girl on Thursday (February, 29), after £200 worth of items had been stolen from a shop in Horeston Grange Shopping Centre.

Mainne Corcoran, 28, of Alan Marcell Close, Coventry and Thomas McDonagh, 18, of Drumgallan, Enniskillen, Northern Ireland were stopped by officers in Higham Lane.

The stolen goods were seized from a vehicle.

Both were charged with theft and the third person, a 14-year-old girl was made subject to a community resolution.

Corcoran and McDonagh will appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on April, 26.
