Two men charged over burglaries in Coventry and Worcestershire

TWO MEN have been charged over multiple pub burglaries in Coventry, Rubery, Droitwich and Oldbury.

Noel Lacey, 46, of Parkdale Drive, West Heath, and David Hodges, 41, of Pershore Road, Selly Park, committed the crimes between August 27 and September 28 and have also been charged with taking a vehicle without consent.

And Hodges was charged with driving without insurance or a valid licence, burglary of a public house in Halesowen on August 13 and for burglaries at two building merchants in Bromsgrove – one on July 21 and another on August 12.

They appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates on Friday and will return to court on November 2.
