TWO more teenagers have been arrested by police investigating a fire at a disused college building in Coventry.

Police arrested two girls – aged 14 and 15 – last night (Wednesday April 30) on suspicion of arson following the blaze at the former Henley College building in Henley Road which broke out at around 7.15pm on Tuesday (April 29).

The 14-year-old remains in custody for questioning while the 15-year-old has been bailed with strict conditions.

Two boys, aged 14 and 15, who were also arrested have been bailed while enquiries continue.

The investigation into the cause of the blaze continues, and police are working with partners including the Fire Service and local authority to keep the site secure and protect the public.

Police are also stepping up patrols in the area following recent reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.
