POLICE have confirmed the incident involving a man on the 13th floor balcony of Pioneer House in Coventry city centre is still ongoing.
Officers were called to the building amidst concerns for the man’s welfare – he barricaded himself in there on Friday and has been there since.
West Midlands Police negotiators are continuing to speak to him in a bid to bring the incident to a safe conclusion.
Several residents from the same floor have been temporarily relocated while the incident is on-going.
