Van driver dies after Coventry industrial estate crash

A VAN driver has died after a crash on an industrial estate in Coventry.

Warwickshire Police say the 37-year-old man passed away following a collision between a Mercedes Sprinter van and a Daf lorry in Siskin Parkway East on Middlemarch Industrial Estate at 10.51pm yesterday (Tuesday, July 10).

The driver of the van, a 37-year-old man from Leicester, was taken to hospital where he died.

Police say specially trained officers are supporting the family.




The driver of the lorry was unhurt.

Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dash cam or CCTV footage to come forward as enquiries continue.
