THE UNIVERSITY of Warwick has been hailed as one of the world’s top 100 universities for graduate employability.
The university beat 500 others to the QS Graduate Employability Rankings where it came in at number 66 – around 20 places above last year’s table.
A full breakdown of the table also shows that Warwick is ranked 27th in the world, in terms of employer reputation.
Warwick professor Christopher Hughes said: “This is just the latest endorsement of the employability of Warwick students by employers. Warwick was also ranked as the first most targeted university nationally by the UK’s top 100 graduate employers by the 2017 the High Fliers Research Ltd. “And other data published this summer showed that in over a dozen subjects University of Warwick graduates are ranked in top 10 in the UK for high earnings five years after their graduation.
“Feedback from employers emphasises that, as well as seeing Warwick graduates as highly motivated and knowledgeable, employers value their broad range of interests outside of their academic studies.”
