Witness appeal after man seriously injured in Coventry collision

A 23-YEAR-OLD man is in a critical condition in hospital following a serious collision in Coventry.

The pedestrian was struck in a two-car collision in Sandy Lane, Radford, shortly after 9.30pm on Thursday (January 23).

Both drivers stopped at the scene and are assisting police with their enquiries.

Detective Sergeant Paul Hughes, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We are urgently appealing for anyone with information to contact us.




“We particularly want to speak to anyone who saw a silver Peugeot 206 and a silver Seat Ibiza in the moments before the collision.

“If you saw anything or have dashcam footage please contact us.”
