THEATRE-lovers ‘shall go to the ball’ when Cinderella comes to The Albany Theatre.
The panto runs from Friday, December 30, to next Sunday, January 8.
The story centres on the classic tale of Cinderella who has to cook, clean and work all day long. She dreams of meeting a handsome prince but her evil step sisters want to do all they can to stop that happening.
People from Coventry and the surrounding areas auditioned to take part and the creative team are all volunteers.
Albany’s Chief Executive and Artistic Director, Kevin Shaw said: “The cast are looking incredible and who does not love a classic pantomime at Christmas.
“We cannot wait to open to audiences.”
Performances take place at 2pm, 4pm and 7pm.
