FOOTBALL: COVENTRY City striker Marc McNulty has won the PFA Player of the Month Award for January.
McNulty, who joined the Sky Blues in May last year, scored four goals in as many appearances throughout the first month of the year.
His first strike came against Chesterfield before a brace against Swindon and a goal at home to Cambridge rounded off a successful month.
Marc McNulty will be back in action for the Sky Blues on Saturday as they host Accrington Stanley at the Ricoh Arena.
The game is expected to attract a record crowd as part of the Sky Blues’ ‘Community Day’. So far, 26,000 tickets have been either sold or handed out to schools in the region.
