Coventry City U15s win Open Cup on penalties

COVENTRY City Girls under-15s won the Central Warwickshire Open Cup.

The game went down to penalties after the two sides drew 1-1.

However, it was Coventry who prevailed in the spot-kicks, winning 4-3.

Manager Leigh Kingsbeer and coach Andy Davis said they were proud of the hard work and dedication the girls had put in to winning the cup after finishing fourth in the CWL Under-15 Premier Division.
