TEAM MI Racing, based in Coventry, are celebrating following a successful end to the 2025/26 competitive cyclocross season.
More than 20 of the team’s riders have spent the past few months competing against the best riders in the country.
And a trio if riders won their respective league titles as Layla Bradbrook, Darren Atkins and Nick Popham all triumphed.
Bradbrook won the women’s championship in the North West Cyclo-cross League.
She raced in eight of 10 rounds and claimed the title by a single point from the second-placed rider.
And Kenilworth-based rider Atkins won the masters 50 to 59 age category title in the West Midlands Cyclo-cross League.
Atkins took victory in the 12-round series by a total of 15 points from his closest challenger.
And Popham won the 50 to 59 age category title in the Leicestershire Cyclo-cross League.
Popham secured four race victories and twice finished second on the six-round championship to win the overall prize by four points.
And strong performances from 15 team riders saw MI Racing win the team award in the West Midlands League.
Riding in his first season for the team, junior cyclist Ruben Stringfellow won the final two rounds of the West Midlands League series.
In the Eastern Cyclo-cross League, Ray Cochrane placed 15th in the masters 60-plus league with teammate Richard Perham 18th in the masters 50 to 59 league.
Elsewhere, in the Notts and Derby Cyclo-cross League, Nick Popham finished fourth after placing in the same position in the Leicestershire League while he took third place overall in the West Midlands Masters League 50 to 59 competition.
