BEDWORTH United surrendered an early lead in a 3-1 home defeat against early-season table toppers Corby Town.
An early goal from Elliot Parrott put Bedworth into the lead only for Matthew Slinn to level the game for the visitors before half time at The Oval.
And a pair of quickfire goals at the start of the second half from Kyle Hutchison and Fletcher Toll took the game out of Bedworth’s reach.
The result means Bedworth sit 18th in the Northern Premier League Midlands table, outside of the relegation zone on goal difference.
Bedworth are next in action away at Sutton Coldfield Town on Tuesday, October 15 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Coles Lane.
