COVENTRY City head coach Frank Lampard and forward Haji Wright are on the shortlist for Championship’s monthly awards for February.
Lampard has been nominated for the Championship manager of the month award. He previously won the prize in both October and November.
And Wright is shortlisted for the player of the month prize.
Lampard guided the Sky Blues to an unbeaten February with four wins and a draw from five matches.
Coventry began the month with a draw against Oxford before beating title rivals Middlesbrough in a top-of-the-table clash.
The Sky Blues ended their struggles on the road with successive victories as West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield United respectively.
And Lampard’s side ended the month with an injury-time win against Stoke City.
Striker Wright played a central role in City’s impressive month, scoring five goals in as many appearances.
Wright stole the show with a hat-trick against Boro and also netted against both Sheffield United and Stoke.
Lampard is up against former Norwich City’s Philippe Clement, Southampton’s Tonda Eckert and Millwall’s Alex Neil for the award.
And Wright faces competition from Southampton’s Leo Scienza, Millwall’s Femi Azeez and Sheffield United’s Sydie Peck.
The winner of the award will be announced on Friday, March 13.
