COVENTRY City will play Championship rivals Oxford United in the second round of the Carabao Cup later this month.
The Sky Blues will host the U’s the week commencing August 26 at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Coventry beat Bristol City 1-0 at Ashton Gate in the first round of the competition as Ellis Simms came off the bench to score the game’s only goal.
