COVENTRY City have reportedly ‘enquired’ about the possibility of signing Crystal Palace winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi on loan.
According to Darren Witcoop on X, Coventry and Swansea City have both shown an interest in the 23-year-old.
Rak-Sakyi is currently on loan at Turkish side Caykur Rizespor where he has scored four goals in 13 appearances.
Caykur Rizespor play in the Turkish Super Lig – Turkey’s top flight – and find themselves three points above the relegation zone.
And Witcoop believes the deal could prove complicated to complete with Rak-Sakyi having to cut his loan spell in Turkey short first.
He spent the 2024/25 campaign on loan at Sheffield United and helped the Blades reach the Championship play-off final.
Rak-Sakyi scored seven goals in 35 appearances for the Blades, including one against Coventry at the CBS Arena last season.
He also enjoyed a productive loan spell at Charlton Athletic in 2022/23, scoring 15 goals in 43 appearances in League One.
The winger has made 10 first team appearances for Crystal Palace, eight of which have come in the Premier League.
He has won two caps for England under-21s.
