COVENTRY City are reportedly monitoring the recovery of out-of-contract Premier League midfielder Josh Dasilva.
According to SportsBoom, Coventry have previously sent scouts to watch Dasilva and have remained in the loop regarding his recovery from a long-term injury.
Premier League sides Fulham and newly-promoted Sunderland also hold an interest in the midfielder.
And Sheffield United have also previously sent scouts to watch Dasilva in action.
The 26-year-old missed the entirety of the 2024/25 campaign after sustaining a significant knee ligament injury in training in February 2024.
He made just five appearances in the previous campaign but did manage 36 Premier League appearances as Brentford finished ninth in the 2022/23 season.
Brentford confirmed Dasilva’s contract will expire on June 30 with the midfielder to continue his recovery from injury at the club’s Robert Rowan Performance Centre over the summer.
Dasilva came through Arsenal’s academy and made three appearances for the Gunners in the League Cup.
He later joined Brentford in August 2018 and went on to make more than 150 appearances for the Bees scoring 22 goals.
The midfielder helped Brentford achieve promotion to the Premier League in the 2020/21 season.
Dasilva has represented England up to under-21 level and won the UEFA Under-19 European Championship with the national side in 2017.
