COVENTRY City have reportedly joined the race to sign Blackburn Rovers midfielder Lewis Travis.
According to Football League World, the Sky Blues have registered their interest in signing the Rovers captain.
Travis is also reportedly of interest to City’s Championship rivals Derby County and newly-promoted Wrexham.
Derby boss John Eustace managed Travis during his stint as boss at Ewood Park.
The 27-year-old has made more than 200 appearances for Blackburn.
Travis spent 10 years in Liverpool’s academy before he was released and made the switch to Blackburn.
He earned his first professional contract as a 19-year-old and became club captain in July 2022.
Travis won promotion from League One with Rovers in 2017/18.
And he also helped Ipswich Town secure promotion to the Premier League during a brief loan spell in the 2023/24 season.
