COVENTRY City youngster Justin Obikwu has joined Lincoln City on a season-long loan deal on transfer deadline day.
The young striker will spend the season with the Imps in League One.
The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Grimsby Town where he scored seven goals in 22 appearances.
Obikwu also spent part of the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Grimsby.
He has represented Trinidad and Tobago twice at senior international level.
Obikwu is the second striker to depart Coventry on deadline day.
Belgium international Norman Bassette has departed the Sky Blues to join Stade de Reims on loan.
The Ligue 2 side have an option to make the move permanent at the end of the loan spell.
Coventry have also sold captain Ben Sheaf to Wrexham in a £6.5million deal.
The club also hope to sign centre-back Luke Woolfenden after agreeing a £4m fee with Ipswich Town.
