COVENTRY Sphinx climbed out of the relegation zone with a 3-0 victory away at bottom club St Neots Town.
A brace from Raymond Poku and Jared Bradshaw strike earned Sphinx a first away win since September at Kester Way.
The result means Coventry sit 17th in the Northern Premier League Midlands table, one point clear of the relegation zone.
Sphinx broke the deadlock on 33 minutes when Poku headed in Chris Cowley’s cross from the right at the back post from close range.
The visitors doubled their lead on 65 minutes as Bradshaw looped a stunning effort over James Goff and into the net via the aid of the post from the right-hand side of the penalty area.
And Poku sealed the points for Sphinx seven minutes from time as substitute Roan Newey beat the offside trap and squared the ball to Poku who finished into an empty net.
Coventry are next in action against AFC Rushden and Diamonds on Tuesday, February 17 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Cameron Slater Arena.
