FOOTBALL - Coventry Sphinx discover FA Cup first round qualifying opponents

COVENTRY Sphinx will play Stamford in FA Cup first round qualifying.

Sphinx will travel to Stamford on Saturday, August 30 with kick-off at 3pm at the Zeeco Stadium.

Sphinx play one level below Step Three Stamford who ply their trade in the Southern League Premier Central.

Winning clubs will receive £2,250 while losing clubs will receive £750.

Coventry eased to a 3-0 win against Dudley Town to book their place in first round qualifying.
