COVENTRY City will host Birmingham City in the third round of the FA Youth Cup later this month.
The third round tie will take place on Monday, December 15 with kick-off at 7pm at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
The young Sky Blues exited the competition at the third round stage last season after losing to eventual semi-finalists Manchester United.
Coventry won the competition back in 1986/87 beating Charlton Athletic in the final.
The Sky Blues have reached the final on five occasions and most recently contested the showpiece against Arsenal in 1999/00.
Coventry also reached the final in 1967/68 and 1969/70 and 1998/99.
