FORMER Coventry City loanee Brooke Norton-Cuffy has helped England under-21s to European Championship glory.
Norton-Cuffy came off the bench in the final to help England to a 3-2 victory against Germany after extra time in Slovakia.
The 21-year-old made five appearances from the bench for Lee Carsley’s side in the tournament.
He made 24 appearances for the Sky Blues during a loan spell from Arsenal in the 2022/23 season.
Norton-Cuffy helped City reach the Championship play-off final and started at Wembley as the Sky Blues suffered an agonising penalty shootout defeat against Luton Town.
He has since left Arsenal and now plays for Italian side Genoa in Serie A.
England under-21s boss Carsley ended his playing career with Coventry and twice took caretaker charge of the Sky Blues.
England under-21s claimed back-to-back European Championship titles for the first time since the Young Lions triumphed in successive tournaments in 1982 and 1984.
