MARK Robins insists Coventry City will be going ‘all out’ to secure three points against relegation-threatened Birmingham City this weekend.
The Sky Blues slipped to a 2-1 defeat at Southampton in midweek and sit seventh in the Championship table, five points behind Norwich City in the race for a play-off place.
And Robins knows it a must-win game for his side with Blues currently 23rd in the table and fighting to stay in the division.
Robins said: “We need the points and we’ll be going all out to get them.
“We are still on the coat tails of Norwich and West Brom are pulling away so we need to try and pick points up where we can do.
“We’ve picked up three points against Leeds but then dropped points in the other two games and it has been difficult.
“They need the points and we’re all in the game for that. They had a difficult evening against Cardiff the other night and lost 1-0.
“Birmingham are only losing games by the odd goal. They have some really good players and they’ve had changes in managers this season.”
Coventry travel to Birmingham on Saturday, April 13 with kick-off at 3pm at St Andrews.
