GAME OFF! - Coventry Sphinx see midweek fixture postponed due to waterlogged pitch

COVENTRY Sphinx saw their midweek fixture against Wellingborough Town postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

An inspection of Sphinx’s Cameron Slater Arena pitch confirmed the turf as waterlogged.

A rearranged date for the Northern Premier League Midlands fixture will be confirmed in due course.

Weather permitting, Coventry are next in action against Racing Club Warwick on Saturday, February 7 with kick-off at 3pm at the Cameron Slater Arena.
