HEATHER Gilks, from Coventry, helped England’s disability golf team win European Nations Cup silver in Germany.

Gilks partnered with David Reaney for three rounds, playing with fellow England pair Oliver Hirst-Greenham and Kristofer Aves, and produced scores of 68, 78 and 87.

And England finished just one shot ahead of Ireland as Italy took gold with Czech Republic, Belgium and Switzerland outside of the medals.
