Mitchell Thomson and Keiran Nesbitt on target as Coventry Sphinx beat Dunkirk

Coventry Editorial 16th Mar, 2016 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016   0

SPHINX came from behind to beat Dunkirk 2-1 in the Midland Premier Division on Saturday.

Mark Smith fired the visitors in front in the 16th minute but Sphinx got back on level terms ten minutes later when Mitchell Thomson fired home the equaliser.

The hosts got their noses in front shortly after the half-hour mark through Kieran Nesbitt and that is the way it stayed up until the final whistle.
